I filed 140/485 concurrently last year (05/03), both of them have not been approved yet. I was told by TSC that my applications are pending for background check. Here are my questions:
1. In what stage do my applications need background check? Is it for 140, or for 485?
2. What is going to happen after the background check?

I did my FP already.
