6/24/09: 老板通知Laid-off. 但是正式离开公司时间为为7/29/09.
6/25/09: 收到USCIS的EMAIL 通知需要补充材料.信件6/24/09 寄出.
我正在计划下周初与雇主/律师协商一段缓冲时间,譬如尽量延长REVOKE的时间,这样一来我可以尽快找下份工作.
请问如下问题:
1, 下面这封是RFE吗? 是要求雇佣证明还是其他? 我看到其他兄弟姐妹的RFE信件RECEIPT # 是SRCXX, 我的是LINXXX. 我打电话, USCIS工作人员说看不到信的内容. 需要至多15天时间受到.
2. 雇主/律师可以在正式解聘前REVOKE我的CASE吗? 这解聘通知和USCIS通知同一天时间,太巧了吧? 我怀疑公司背后做了手脚. 我问了老板,他说不知道.
