TN to H1B Encore092009-07-02 18:50:06

Hello everyone,

I am currenlty hodling TN vsia which will expire in August and my H1B visa has been approved with I-94 attached which will be valid on Oct 1th, 2009

There is about two months I am not authorized to work in US. Can anybay let me know what is the best way to cover the gap?

1. Renew TN visa by mail.
when is the best time to do it? If I get TN before Oct, should my H1b visa override TN visa? If I could not get TN visa before Oct,all I need to do is to cancel my TN renewal application.

2. Go to border to renew my TN visa.
Is there any chance that I can be rejected with the TN visa?
