I am a canadian and would like to apply for marriage green card by myself. I got my H1B through paper application inside US. The customs officer did not issue me any new I-94 the last I entered US with H1B status and just got a stamp on my passport.  Could you please let me know if I can answer 'N/A' to the following questions on I-485?

Consulate Where Visa Was Issued: N/A

Date Visa Issued (mm/dd/yyyy):N/A
