我是用的F-1学生签证从加拿大来到美国。在读书期间拿到加拿大公民身份。 随后用TN签证开始工作。后转为H1B。现在持有的H1B签证是从为我办H1B的雇主transfer过来的。这期间我一直居住在美国。虽然搬了几次家。请问我hu*****and该如何填写以下问题：

此处应为student or tempoary worker?
Date arrived: 我的H1B是在美国境内申请并做了transfer的。如果按照现有签证H1B填写，这个应该是哪个Date.
