My EB1B 485 has been pending at TSC for 3 months after the approval of 140. My 140 was filed in early 12/2008 and 485 was filed in early 01/2009. Seen from various immigration forums, my case is the only EB1B at TSC that 485 is still pending after one month of 140 approval or two months after 485 submission (if submitted after 140 approval), if 140 was approved this year. Is there any problem with my case? What I can do to speed up the process of my case?
By the way, I have another 485 with approved NIW 140 at NSC (they were filed in summer of 2007). Do you think the two 485s delay my case? I have only one A#. Pjiang told me a while ago that I could also relink NIW 485 to EB1B 140. But I was worrying that will complicate my case, so I did not do that.
