H1b approval transfer - 863211 question again standard20092009-07-07 19:14:11

Hi
I posted earlier that i am H1b approval - not really H1b yet. It will become effective if i hold my current job until Oct.1.

I talked to another company recently and asked if they could transfer my H1b approval. However, I am afraid they don't really understand the case - i don't have H1b yet, it is an H1b approval.

In this case, can my new job still transfer my H1b approval?
