朋友父母办绿卡，因为各种原因，结果reschedule interview程序弄错，485 deny了。
并且父母被告知30天内离境。这种情况下能否在30天内重新file 485，并且继续滞
留美国，还是必须离境去中国，在中国file 485，等485approval后重新来美。大家
