刚收到移民局EB1-B RFE,要求提供如下evidence.
1. Submit evidence to establish that the petitioner had the financial ability to pay the proffered wage as of the priority date, and continues to have such ability. Such evidence must included annual reports, US federal tax returns, or audited fiancial statements.
除了上述要求的annual reports等等,我们还应该提供什么材料证明公司有能力继续支付proffered的工资?
2. Submit a letter addressed to the beneficiary that sets forth the title, terms and conditions of the position offered.
我们上次交过offer letter,不知道为什么有这条RFE. 打算把offer letter 再交一遍. 各位有没有什么好的建议?
3. Submit evidence to estabilish that the petitioner employs at least 3 full-time researchers and that they have documented accomplishments in an academic field.
打算找同事要简历,同时找老板证明他们做的是research. 请问提供简历的同事需要和本人在同一个领域吗? 同事都找中国人好不好? 是不是只要提供另外2个researcher的资料就足够了,连同本人就有3个了,这样做会不会太risky?
