I-485 Pending, non-resident tuition waitingandwaiting2009-07-23 02:01:28

Hi,

My daughter is going to University of Michigan. They classfied us as non-resident since we do not have the Green Card yet.

July 2007 filer, EB2, PD 10/2005.

Don't know how long we are still going to waiting, may be another 5 years?

Does anyone have the same situation?

It is true in MI

Not true in WA.
