You must submit a currently dated letter from your intended permanent employer, describing your present job duties and position in the organization, your proffered position (if different from your current one), the date you began employment and the offered salary and wage.
This letter should be in the original (NO PHOTOCOPIES) and signed by an executive or officer of the organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment.
The letter must also indicate the whether the term and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist.
有点问题请教这里的高人。老公在2007年7月交了NIW. 140去年9月批了。他的职位是博士后，这个职位不是permanent. 好象NIW也没有permanent的要求。

如何回信呢，是否要在信中（cover letter)指出这一点（NIW没有permanent的要求）。

现在有点担心老公的学校不肯开信，因为博士后不是个永久职位。否则的话我们只能让学校开封employment verification letter, 并不给学校看这封补件通知了。这样可行吗？
