In order to get an AP for my son's school, we are going to drive to Canada, then come back to the US. We have Canadian Passports, I have H-1B visa and my son have a H-4 visa and used EAD card and pending I-485 . I have several questions, please help me:
1. Can I still come back the US with new H-1B and my son can get an AP stamps on I-94 cards from Canada?
2. Which documents should we bring with us? are there any risks?
3. Which border Service Port can we get new H-1B and AP? Does Detroit-Windsor Border Service Port have these service? or Buffalo Border Service Port? How much should we pay?
