我8月初将I-140（EB1a)邮寄给TSC， 一个月后仍然没有收到收据，通过支票上的号码on line status check, 发现我的收据被邮局退回去了（undelived mail). I did not change the address after I submitted I-140, they must put a wrong address. I called the national service center two times, each time they told me it will be resent to me within one month, but two monthes past and I received nothing! I also wrote to TSC, but got no response. What should I do? does this affact or delay my I-140 processing?
I just got J-1 waiver, and going to submit I-485, can I do it without the I-140 receipt?
is there anybody who has the same experiences? please help!
