我和我先生都是AOS,用EAD工作。自从用了EAD以后，就没有续H-1,H-4. 不知不觉中 I-94就过期了。想明年暑期回国一次，所以准备申请AP. 这才发现很多人的checklist上都有I-94,可我们的已经过期了。
问题: I-94 是申请AP必须的文件吗?
I-94 过期了影响我们身份的合法性吗?
用AP回国,还应随身准备什么材料?
