will these changes impact my green card application xp00112009-10-15 14:36:45

My company is offering two ways for current employee to challenge current economic recession,

1. Change the full time job to part time assignment
2. Relocate to the other offices (most in other states) where the market is not so bad.

My status is H1-B now, and EB-2 140 had been approved. I want to know:

1. Whether these changes will void my green card application?
2. Is there any suggestions to handle this?

I really don't know much about this.
