前几天按照Blackie提供的方法打通了电话要求relink:
我们当时犯糊涂要求将我的2个140 relink起来,而不是要求将NIW pending的485和现在的EB1B 的140 link起来,USCIS也没有要我485的receipt号?
随后收到NSC的电子邮件却提到了我的485,如下:

燕子说这是好消息,但我将邮件传给律师了,被告知这只是一个“routine response to a service call”,并没有什么明确的实际意义。律师还说 “In general in our experience, it takes at least 2 months for USCIS to relink a case”,让我们等一个月看看再说。
我对大侠们的的问题是:
1. 怎样才能确认他们已经将我的485和EB1的140 link起来了?大侠们有什么诀窍吗?
2. 一般打过一次电话以后,隔多久再打合适?有人说2周,有人说不断地骚扰他们,大侠们怎么看?
3. 我确实让律师还有自己再打过电话想澄清一些可能的错误,却被告知he/she can only forward the request to USCIS officers,而没有机会和管relink的人通话,律师说:“USCIS will not accept another inquiry in 30 days”,有这么一说吗?
4. 律师说USCIS不鼓励写信,认为打电话就可以了,我是否还是需要bug律师一下,请律师发一封要求relink的信?
