I am Canadian citizen, so all I need to do when coming back to US in December is to present my valid I-797 when returning US for a valid I-94, no visa needed. On my renewed I-797A approval notice, there is an I-94 starting in the future (02/01/2010 - 01/31/2013).
1. Should I try to present the renewed (I-797A) to CBP officer? How big chance will I get longer or same valid stay period on my new I-94 as my new I-797A?
2. If CBO officer gives me a new I-94. With I-94 on my renewed I-797A, which one is the valid one?
