I have a pre-completion OPT that allows me to work 20 hour/week. A company urgently need me to work 26 hour/week for two weeks. If I do so, I will actually work illegally. Does any expert know how much is the possibility that I will be caught by INS? What is worst result? I don't care Greencard application. Just make sure that I will not be depoted.
