She filed I-485 (14 years old) in Jan,2002 and got GR interview in Feb, 2004 (16 years old), all together with me and my hu*****and.We got GR but her case is still waiting for FBI clearance (now more than 7 months since the interview).We went to the local INS office many times for her AP, EAD and etc,wasting a lot of time but still don't know what happened to her case and where we can inquire. Now she needs GR to apply for college, what else we can do but waiting? Thanks!
