finally. My daughter's 485 filed on Jan, 2002 and was delayed by name check since interview in local office in Feb, 2004. Last month she got notice for third fingerprint and a few days ago got another letter saying her medical exam not complete since she is older than 15 years old right now. I guess her name check must be done finally. Do we need to bring new exam report to the office to speed up or just send it to them by the mail? Remind those who has child around 14 years old to do complete medical exam inculding HIV and others in case of delay.
