I am a student, I have been LA for 3years. My father applied the political asylum, which has been approved a long time ago. That's how I came here with my mom. Now we got problem. We turned in the I485 in June 2002. In July, we got our finger print taken. As I know, a lot of chinese like my family has the same situation. I just wish to know how long I can recieve the green card? 5 or 6 years. Is there one wish to set up a union in this forum and sue the immigration office. Or anything we can do that help us to get our green card faster!
