上个月收到485 RFE（EB1A），要求employment letter，当时不知道是不是*****，只让postdoctoral 老板写了封交了上去。昨天又收到2nd RFE，letter上说如果再RFE的话，小心你的case被据。怕怕啊。
“ In response to the Service request, you again submitted another support
letter from the same individual who was neither a department dean,
department chair and/or an anthorized adminstrative individual to verfy
continued employment of the University. As previously stated, the letter
must be executed by an executive of the university, not a fellow
departmental prefessor”
现在的问题是：
1. 我要department chair 写这封信可以吗？chair算不算an executive of the
university？不知道大家叫谁写的信？
2.信上说“...the letter must also indicate whether the term and conditions
of your emplolyment-based visa petition(or labor certification) continue to exist." 对于EB1A，是不是只要证明自己继续从事同一领域就可以了？
