Can I apply for multiple EAD cards?
One year EAD card changing to two-year card, got screwed up by NSC.
Background: EB2, PD: May., 2006. EAD card renewed at NSC at the beginning of 2009. Moved to east coast on May., 2009.
Sent the card back on Oct,2009 and my application was rejected on Dec., 2009. They thought I was applying for AP. Resend the package back on Dec., 2009.
After two expedite requests (one through InfoPass), and 20 calls to both tier1, and tier2 customer service representatives, they still didn't do it, and confused.
This card is going to expire soon and I kind of want to reapply another card at TSC instead of waiting for them. People at NSC said I shouldn't do it? What do you say? what is the worse scenario?
