在从COLLEGE拿回来的关于H1->F1转换的文件里有这样一个NOTE：
if your I-94 showing your H-1 status is going to expire more than 30 days before the start date on your I-20. your change of status may be denied. There should not be a large gap of time between ending employment and beginning studies.
我的I-94还有一年到期，可是h1b于三月一日终止。如果我现在递交SUMMER I 入学（五月份开学）的h1b转f1申请，可是我out of status的时间到开学时间（三月一日到五月中旬）超过了上面提到的30天，这是不是意味着我的身份转换申请会被拒绝？有朋友说现在递交春季入学的申请，可是INS审批需要两到三个月，是不是已经太晚了？是不是我现在已经没有机会转成f1了？
工作还在努力的找，只是想知道是不是还有更多的选择，谢谢！！！
