她可以为我（H1b）申请配偶绿卡吗？注意到I-130上提到如果the petitioner的绿卡是通过前次婚姻获得的，那么"The petitioner need to establish by clear and convincing evidence that the prior marriage through which you gained your immigrant status was not entered into for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws"，那么什么样的证据才是clear and convincing evidence呢？我自己也可以申请EB2，可是要等更长的时间，所以才想到婚姻绿卡这个途径。先在此表示感谢！！
