I am going to change job in the same university, which requires to apply new H1B on my behalf. Due to new H1B policy, it will take at least 8 weeks to receive the new H1B. I have valid EAD. I am wondering
1) Can I use my EAD at the moment and then switch back to H1B once it is approved.
2) If I tell school, I have EAD, will they still apply H1B on my behalf?
