I am in I-485 pending status and had initial interview - the interview officer said it has been approved...
I recently changed job, considering have AC-21 to port my case to the new company. but hesitating the port may case new interview.
Here are my questions:
Q1: what happened if don't do AC-21 porting?
Q2: This is my second time to port. The first time is from Company A to Company B, it is successful. My I-140 was approvaled in company A, now if I port it to Company C (have been work in B for more than 600 days ), Can A or B cancel my I-140 to cause some complexity?
Q3: I would prefer not doing the porting, just waiting for REF, is that OK or there are any risky? What's the best solution?
