My case is NIW140 apporved, 485 pending, and I am thinking to change job, 86321, can you please help.

1: I applied 140 when I am working as research associate at Medical School. I140 claimed that I will look employment at Electrical and Computer Engineering at image processing area.
2: I140 also claimed my experience in image processing at Industry and Medical Imaging area will server as national interest. My reseach achievement demonstrated my ability.

My question is how much flexibility I have when I changed job:

A: Whether I have to continue in the area of image processing research?
B: Is it ok for me to work in industry as software engineer or /developer where image processing skills are needed.
C: Is it ok that I find job as a programmer which only has minor relation with image processing.

Can you explained more about job similarity for NIW based 485?
