I received the RFE notice for I-140 petition and the RFE response was sent to USCIS in Dec. Last week, I sent the Premium Processing request for this petition and the package was delivered to USCIS on Jan 12th according to USPS tracking system. However, to date, I did not get any email notice saying that they received my request. From USCIS "my case status", the last updated date is still in Dec.

Does anyone know if this is normal? Thanks!
