I have a question about EB1-B I-140 visa petition. I filed EB1-A I-140 and it was denied after RFE. I think I will apply EB1-B since I have a job and company agrees to sponsor. However, the lawyer (company's immigration lawyer) suggested to re-file Eb1-A instead of file EB1-B since I do not have "international recognition".

My questions are:
1. I have about 10 journal papers in US (5 first authors). All the journals are top journal in the field. Total independ citations are about 140 from researchers in different countries. Can such evidence be used to support "international recognition"?
1. what kind of evidence I should collect to support "international recognition"?

Thanks very much.
