I am a H-1B holder and applying for green card. I re-entered U.S.A using AP last month. My wife is still in China and she never came to U.S.A before. The new I-94 has been stamped "Parole until ...". Do I have to give U.S consulate my new I-94 to support her application for H-4 and if yes, how badly this new I-94 will affect her application for H-4 in China?
She has working permit in UK, is it possible for her to apply B visa from UK? Please help. Many thanks to you.
