递交I-864表时到底要交$70吗 独立小桥风满袖2010-01-29 04:10:58

看到Form I-864 （Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act）说明如下： “Although USCIS does not charge a fee for this form, the Department of State does charge a fee of $70 when the Affidavit of Support is reviewed domestically. This does not apply when the Affidavit of Support is filed abroad. ”。不知道寄材料时要不要放$70，看起来这个费用不是USCIS收，而是Department of State，似乎又不好和其他材料一起寄，不知该怎麽办。
