NIW 140 approved, EB1a 140 pending, I485 submitted in 07/07with NIW, got a weird mail today
我上个月打了个电话，今天收到一个奇怪的信 from USCIS saying that my eb1a 140 was concurrently filed with 485 (which is not true), will be reviewed by the same officer. Both cases are located in the I-485 Adjustment Division at this time, no decision has been made. TSC is awaiting Visa number from Department of State before a final decision is made for you.
我的485明明是跟着NIW的，现在怎么跟着140eb1a乐,140 eb1a pending for almost
one year, that is why I called, what should I do now? any suggestions or
comments?
