请教: I-140 approved and submitted I-485. LG换工 with EAD, 搬家到了别的州. I submitted I-485 too, but did not apply EAD. 新州driver'slicense只给了6个月。6个月之后，I can not get my driver's license renewed. I know the state office for driver's license stupid. They know nothing about Fed immigration regulations. They told me my I-485 is out of date (submitted in 2008) and not current and asked me to get my I-485 renewed first (really silly idea about this!!!). How can I deal with this issue?
