If I file I-130 for my sister, what is expected date of approval.
Her son is around 15. Do you think it will be a problem if I-130 gets approved too quickly.
My sister is worried that if I file I-130, when her son apply for F-1 if he wants to come to US for undergraduate study, he will be denied F-1 visa since he has immigration intention.
