我现正在自己申请AP (by using paper work)。对寄件地址有疑问：我住VA, I-485归TSC(I-140 EB2 based,“A” number SRC开头)，USCIS上写是寄到Dallas Lockbox (PO box 660867, Dallas, TX 75266)，而老师Blog写是寄到TSC Center (PO box 85182, Mesquite, TX 75185)。请问到底寄哪里？Thank you very much.

You should use Dallas Lockbox based on the new rev's instruction
