老公是主申请人，PD April 2007, I-140 approved, I485 pending. He received a soft LUD on May 12 (Texax center). I am the dependent, get a hard LUD on May 27, 2009, telling me my case 转到to National Benefit Center. What does it mean? 进了集中营了？为设么我的case要转到另一个center to process， 而不是两口子在一起审批?
