Here is my situation: I have Master degree in Accounting. I didn’t have much work experience at the time I was hired by my current employer right after graduated from University. My lawyer informed me that I can only apply EB3 even though I have Master degree because accounting field normally doesn’t require Master degree.
I just got PERM approved this month.
My hu*****and is not Chinese Citizen. My lawyer also told me that I could use my hu*****and’s citizenship to apply green care. It would be faster..
But I just know that for EB3, all the countries has the same 排期,
For EB2, only China and India have 排期.
So, it only makes sense to use my hu*****and’s citizen to apply green card when I apply as EB2, not EB3, correct?
Is my lawyer wrong? Could I still change from EB3 to EB2?
