Seek your suggestion and answers on following question:
I'm holding F1 visa in OPT status. One firm has just applied H1 for me. Got another offer recently.
1. Can the second firm apply another HiB for me at the same time?
2. I haven't work for the first firm yet. If I let them cancel my H1 petition, if already approved, can I resume my F1 status automatically?
3. If the second firm can apply L1 visa for me, and my F-1 visa already invalid because of Hi approval, in what status should i apply for L-1?
