I logged into my case. it shows

In order to avoid this issue, please create a Customer account (single applicant) or a Representative account (representing many individuals).
since yesterday, can you tell me what's going on? anybody has the same problem right now?...wish it is the sign that my case (EB3/PD:2002.03.22)will be done soon....
