经过几乎一年的准备，EB－１B 昨天在递交一个星期后批了。在看到批瞬间，心里没有
任何感觉，只想说TMD，F＊＊。律师打电话确定批了，并且link上了以前的４８５。现
在有几个问题：
１） 我以前的４８５在２００７年７月２日交的，在Texas Service Center.这个
center的４８５好象已经处理到了２００９年，这是否意味着我的case已经被研究过了
，只等待名额呢？如果是这样，是不是现在意味这很快就绿了呢？
２）有没有类似的大虾提供一下经验？link上了以前的４８５后如何追踪status，用以
前４８５的case number吗？
３）审批４８５过程USCIS都干些什么？
整个过程的艰辛就不说了，律师不断犯各种错误，求爷爷告奶奶的求推荐信，LD不断的
在身边唠叨。。。。附上整个过程的日志，以求纪念。。。

6/16/2009: Officially consider restarting green card application as
outstanding researcher since the data is retrogressive back to 1/2000, and
my case 6/2006. This really sucks.
7/31/2009: still waiting for the company's approval to start green card
application. This sucks.
8/15/2009: After talking to several pople, company said go ahead with EB-1B
11/12/2009: Green Card is on going, finished 2 reference letter, attorney is
pending....
12/15/2009: Letters is under going, very slowly
2/1/2010: All the reference letters are done (my parts, boy, it took 7
months), The rest which is not in my hands
2/21/2010: All the letters have been received by the attorney (7 letters).
3/5/2010: Attorney constantly made mistakes, will follow him closely
4/5/2010: Petition letter is finalized today, almost there
4/21/2010: HR manager signed the petition letter. Will be sent to attorney
today.
5/11/2010: the Eb1B was filed today! From 6/16/2009 to 5/11/2010, almost a
year!!! Now, it is out of my hand. At least, I tried my best.....
5/12/2010: case received
5/18/2010: case approved. Thank you, GOd.
