各位前辈请告诉我怎样选择？
我是加拿大公民，去年10月同date6年的美国公民结婚。他于今年1月同时为我和女儿申请k3和境外等候绿卡。本来已为k3会快。可昨天收到律师信说 The government will send you notice before you can proceed with K-3/4 at the Consulate Office or Embassy at Toronto. Because the greencard application is in process right now, and that will be faster than K-3/4.
我的问题是这种情况应怎样选择对明年2月就满21周岁的女儿有利？
顺便说一下，20天前就收到140比准， 130收据 。
另外，境外等候率卡何时打指纹，NC?
