请问： H1B transfer in the 3rd 3 years period wfbql2010-06-06 03:27:45

I-140 was approved last year, but based on current progress I need to wait at least 3 years to process I-485. H1-B was approved another extension for 3 more years (7-9 years). Any issue if I change employer and transfer my H1-B now?
