6年前来美国，一直没回去过，来美国以后就没交过党费，当然也没参加过组织活动
根据党章，应该6个月没交党费就退党了
485申请的时候填了曾经是党员（我是副申请人，主申请人绿卡已经批了)，并且说了来美国就没交过党费，根据党章，应该已经退党超过5年了
现在收到RFE:
Upon review of your application, you indicate that you were a member of the Chinese Communist Party. You claim that your membership has been deprived after stopping to pay the membership in six successive months. In view of the foregoing, you must provide a statement and submit any available documentary evidence which demonstrates the exact date that you ceased paying for your membership and the exact data that you were no longer considered a member of Chinese Communist Party.
我可以写一个statement说明从什么时候开始没交党费，然后根据党章，6个月没交党费就被认为自动脱党，党员身份应该是没交党费6个月就中止了。 可是有什么 "documentary evidence"能证明我从哪一天开始就没交党费，从哪一天开始就被认为不是党员了呢？
