Hi, I have a few questions that I would like to get your opinion. If someone (holds H-1B) used AP to enter US and later 485 got denied (before his H1B expires), then H-1B extension (filed after the denial of 485 and before the old H-1B expires)was approved within 180 days after the denial of 485.

1). is the person re-instate into H1-B non-immigration status?
2). is the person in a unlawful status and unauthorized employment between the denial of 485 and the starting date of H-1B extension?
2). Is the person eligible to file 485 again?
3).Should the person leave US to apply H1-B visa with the approved H-1B extension and re-enter US before submitting 485?
