FP once for me and LM, daughter trice, case on-line updated 8/20/2008 then refreeze until yesterday.
Service requested and complained the delay of I-485 on on June 15 "....", got email:
"service ID########....case under review....allow 60 days.....".
.....
Today got 3 emails for each member of my family"....ordered production of new card...allowed 30 days to..."
