Hi,
I working for a IT consulting compay. which filed a H1B for me when I worked a client company in TX. now case is pending. after working only for 1 week, the IT manager want to relocate me to Florida.
Because I will change working location, my lawyer told me like
"Once you change locations, we will no longer be able to reply to the H1 RFE that we will eventually receive since that application is anchored to your actual location. Once we get an RFE, we would need to withdraw your current H1 application and file a new one based on the Florida location. You would need to then remain in Florida long enough for your H1 application to be approved."

But I think if I move to FL recently, have to wait for 3 months, get a RFE request after 3 months, then we withdraw current TX H1 petition, file a new FL H1 petition, another 3 months will pass, may get RFE again, --> acturally this is only 6 month contract? I am afraid that I can not receive the H1B approval even the contract ends)

How can I do? please help

Thanks a lot
jerry
