有关h1b renewal的问题 from cap-exempt to cap-subject sun87262010-07-04 03:01:23

本人2007年申请的h1b,由于那个时候还需要摇奖,而自己工作的地方又可以擦边靠上
cap-exempt,于是就试着申请了,结果批了.

现在到renew的时候了,不知道这回能不能还擦上边? 所以想问问各位高手: 当renew时,可以在不更换雇主的情况下重新申请一个cap-subject的h1b吗?如果可以, uscis会不会去revoke我的current h1b呢?
