Some EB2 (none NIW) cases have been approved within 90 days of co-filling 140/485 at CSC based on Pilot Program. But does this program fit all EB2 (none cases) or just selected petitions? Is there anyone in this category still waiting for results from INS after 90 days of filling since May, 2004? Please share your experiences.
