My visa number was available 4 months ago. I was told that my FBI name check was completed as well. USCIS kept saying my case was delayed because some unresolved issues in my background check. I have seen such notice posted by other people in this forum. Is there anything I can do because USCIS stopped following the previous policy to preadjudicate applicants who have pending I-485 for 3 months? My congressman and senator office said they can't help me. Did anyone have experience about this? Please help!
